  • what women are saying

”I thought knitting couldn't get much better - I'd been happily knitting along for 10+ years and doing just fine, thank you. But thanks to Carla and her amazing tutorials, it DID! I am now cabling without a needle with confidence (game changer!), my recent buttonholes look AMAZING, and I'm embracing making adjustments to obtain gauge, not throwing up my hands in defeat.“

    — Ellen Smith

    What students are saying...

“ I consider myself to be an intermediate knitter. Marie’s classes have taken my knitting to a whole new level. I feel like my finished projects now have that extra something that makes them look professional. From the cast on, to the picking up of stitches, everything has a polished look. And the fit of my sweaters is amazing.”

    — Sophie Green

  • encouragement and a welcome from others for a gofundme to support this work

The caring and supportive presence of women and men in my personal and professional circle are encouraging me to open up to receiving support for this work to have a solid base from which to make this offering fully available.

A fundamental part of resilience is to ask for support and be willing to receive it.. it can be a big thing for many; and it is a gift to the whole when we each take that courageous step to ask for what we need and ask for help.

    yours, courageously, karen
